Women have a lot of stress with children, careers, Covid, and aging.
There are times that we have to take time out for ourselves. It may mean just taking a nap in the middle of the day to walking the dog after dinner. We need to self-care. Learn to up your game and get active. It’s even better if you have a partner to encourage you and you can encourage them!
Be sure to unplug and prioritize. We aren’t against technology, of course. You will relax and rebuild quicker while exercising or meditating when you are taking time away from your devices.
